Supporting members in difficulty
We want to be there to provide the support you need to deliver outstanding DEI performance.
We will:
- Develop and signpost support material and links for individuals, and share leading practice, including providing a non-exhaustive list of behaviours that might constitute discrimination, as appropriate.
- Take action under the Actuaries Code if an actuary is discriminatory against another.
We will not:
- Represent individual members in disputes with their colleagues or employers.
